How inventive is this totally cool pop-up Indian restaurant! Dishoom Chowpatty Beach is in London's Southbank and is a stunning example of what a little upcycling can do... Check out the walls made from rolled newspapers and the railway sleeper seating. Not to mention the jam jar lights and drop dead gorgeous vintage bentwoods repainted in all of their fabulousness! The restaurant wanted to celebrate all that Chowpatty Beach in Bombay represents. Colour, fun, nostalgia and good times. I want to go for a Pim's and a curry here don't you?

Love how designers are thinking of new ways to make what was once discarded junk into shabby chic items
