Hello again! We have some fab news if you haven't already received our news letter.  We are holding a huge Ivy and Piper end of year sale!  Saturday the 30th of November at 10am until 2pm at our warehouse studio 1/2007 Ipswich Rd Rocklea. Not only fabrics but quilting and craft supplies, furniture, decor, homewares, lighting, candles, lamp shades, lamps, and loads of stunning cushions.  We have been brutally slashing prices to make way for the new year.  We will have gift parcels and refreshments to spread the holiday love and say thanks for popping by.  Look forward to seeing you there!

Couldn't leave this off but help us out with the source??? We were so busy gushing we forgot to save the link!

Well we will sheepishly say... we have neglected our blog!  But we have be busy, busy, busy!  So please forgive us!  2013 has been a wonderful year for Ivy and Piper both personally and in our business and we are feeling so inspired! I think the hectic pace that September brings with it in the decorating world has only added to our inspiration though.  We have worked with some darling clients and fabulous homes this year and these last few months installed project after project of work we are excited to share.  The finishing touches are going on final client projects before we take a break for some R&R over the holidays.  In the coming week we will share what exactly we have been up to in our absence as well as some exciting news for you as well.

Tips on Styling an Elegant Easter Party

by Ivy & Piper

1.     Make your table centerpiece fun and colourful. Simply fill a jar full of your favourite Easter chocolates and treats. Guests will love spoiling themselves at your table. 

  

2.     Get the Kids involved in the fun by making them decorate their own Easter egg baskets. Ribbon, tiny flowers and sparkles will have them playing for hours. 

3.     Light up the garden with candles and lanterns for a nighttime Easter egg hunt. Turning your party into a mystical display.

4.     Decorate the table with fabric that contrasts back with the colour theme you have chosen. Then choose bright napkins, glasses and plates to work back with your theme.

5.     Leave a lasting memory with guests and place a named gift bag at their table setting filled with yummy chocolates for them to take home.

Such a pretty party.... for a gorgeous couple

What a wonderful evening!  Last weekend Stuart and I were thrilled to be celebrating with the engagement of such a gorgeous couple.  Elizabeth and Grant hosted the most divine soiree to celebrate with their closest family and friends and Elizabeth's innate style shone the entire evening.  The venue was simply perfection and the champagne flowed, music played and most of all the couple of the moment beamed all night!  I think you will agree that the gold Rachael Gilbert dress was divine!

Congratulations again to my gorgeous friend and her dapper fiancé.

Summertime Dreaming....

We are so sorry for the absence!  We have been buried under a pile of client work, magazine and fabric order processing along with working on some new IvP products due later this year!!!!  On top of this Elizabeth and Grant celebrated their engagement with all of their closest family and friends.  What an event!  We will definitely share some pics as soon as we have some.  We promise to be back on deck as normal next week.  In the meantime how stunning are these pics!  Remember what summer felt like?????
